Hybrid Mini Exhibition presents the series of hybrid flowers paintings and drawings. Each Artworks, we integrate different species of flowers that convey various meaning, such as Love, Fortune, Wealth. Also the Artist would like to go back to her roots by using her drawing technique that show her own characteristic integrate with a lot of technique such as coloration, painting, experiment in process of creating the artworks to get interesting new characteristics and inform beginning artist’s style along with developing new styles and present power of collaboration.
Born and educated in Bangkok, Pomme completed her BA in Interior Design at Silpakorn University before working at the Bangkok offices of both WPP’s DY&R and Grey as a graphic designer. In 2002 she relocated to the UK for a Foundation in Graphic Design and Communication at the London College of Communication. Pomme lived and worked in London until 2013 when she returned to Bangkok to open her own Happy Pomme Studio.
Over the past 15 years, her drawings have been featured in many magazines, and she has worked on prestigious ad campaigns for the likes of Sony, MTV, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, The Guardian, Urban Outfitters, Nike and Topshop.
Using her unique hand-drawn skill, Pomme Chan’s eclectic style gets its inspiration from Nature, fashion, architecture and interior. Pomme also passionate about Patterns, Home Decor Product and Packaging illustration.
After Graduating from the Faculty of Visual Communication Arts, Assumption University, Beya worked as a junior designer at the Happy Pomme Studio for 2 years. Working closely with Pomme Chan, Beya learned and developed to design on various projects with global and local clients, such as Urban outfitters, Ferrero Rocher and Nescafe.
Beya not only loves drawing and painting, she also love's to create design solutions. Beya is now a freelance designer, she is passionate about eating, travelling, meeting new people and has an interest in colourful graphic design.
She loves to appreciate differences between cultures while traveling and takes that as her inspiration. In addition drawing pencil coloring and acrylic paintings are some of her strongest attributes.
